What Appliances Are Covered?

  • Basic Appliance Package
    *$10.95/month
    Range, Refrigerator, Washer, Dryer, Water Heater
  • Additional Appliances
    *$2.95 each per month
    Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Microwave, Refrigerator Ice Maker, Freezer, Gas Logs
  • HVAC/Cooling Systems
    *$14.95/month
    (Compressors are not covered)
  • Deluxe Package (Basic + HVAC/Cooling)
    *$21.90/month
    There will be a $10 trip charge for each appliance service call.
    There wull be a $25 trip charge for each Heating/Cooling service call.

When Does Coverage Begin?

  • Upon enrollment and a 15-day waiting period, you are provided covered service for one year. Unless either you or CHAMP cancels the contract in writing, it is automatically renewed for the next 12 months at the renewal price then in effect.
  • The service agreement is for one year from the initial sign-up date

How Do I Make A Claim for Repair Service?

  • Call 1-800-223-5317 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Please have your Palmetto Electric Account number available
  • A Palmetto CHAMP representative will confirm your account information and a contractor will contact you within 24 hours of your telephone call to schedule a service call appointment.

How Do I Sign-Up?

  • Call 1-800-223-5317 to sign-up immediately.
    Please have your Palmetto Electric account number ready when you call.
